Liability waiver

This agreement releases Nordic Light Photo Tours from all liability relating to injuries that may occur the photo tour in Northern Norway or any other location where a photo tour may take place. By agreeing to this Liability Waiver, I agree to hold Nordic Light Photo Tours entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence.

I also acknowledge the risks involved in the photo tour. These include but are not limited to death, bodily injury, illness, damage, theft and/or loss of personal property during said tour/workshop which occurs as a result of anything during the entire photo tour. I fully understand and acknowledge that I am participating voluntarily. Additionally, I do not have any conditions that will increase my likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in this activity.

By ticking the box on the booking form I forfeit all right to bring a suit against Nordic Light Photo Tours for any reason. In return, I will receive participation in the photo tour. I will also make every effort to obey safety precautions as explained to me verbally upon arrival. I will ask for clarification when needed.
